For most of us, the thought of making a change is scary and intimidating. We are creatures of habit.
As a motivational coach, change is something I help my clients with all the time. The need for change as a pathway to happiness and clarity is not always obvious. I encourage my clients to first acknowledge the issue, then visualize the change. After that it’s time to take action and make it a reality.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
- Decide what area in your life needs changing or needs to be improved upon
- Make the commitment to yourself and hold yourself accountable
- Set realistic goals; start small and be patient with yourself
- Stay positive and never give up!
